Magic Wand Machine

Those of you who have this prop will know that it comes with two small tins, one painted black and the other white. These are for holding the 'paint' to go into the machine. Instead of these, Miraiker suggests the following:

from a stationer's, get two bottles of Pritt Kids Art PVA glue. Size is 175 ml. Either use the glue, or remove the spout and fill it with Blu-Tack. At any rate, make sure that no glue can actually leak out. Remove the labels and make a couple for yourself, one saying Black Paint and the other White Paint. If you cover these with clear adhesive, they will last much longer.

To use, simply squeeze the bottle into the funnel. If the bottle's spout is below the level of the funnel rim then no one can see that the paint isn't actually going in, but the illusion is perfect!
